The ‘Be Team’

I am building a community of meditators at First Unitarian Society of Pueblo. The ‘Be Team’ meditation group is a “Mindfulness 101”, book club-style group held for one hour, every Sunday beginning May 3, 2026, from 12-1pm. We will explore foundational concepts in mindfulness meditation with quotes from diverse philosophical sources, all while building a meditation practice. Please note that I am not able to provide transportation to and from F.U.S. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Even though I’m calling this a “book club-style group”, no books are necessary to participate. There are also no philosophical or religious requirements. If you are interested in learning how to meditate, or if you’d like to try it out and see if meditation is right for you, come and join us!
